Great ideas competition

MSN is running an "Ideas Happen" competition where the best
ideas are worth US$25,000. Ideas can be in the categories
of self-expression, community or entrepreneur.
The good news is that the ideas I've seen there are not all
that impressive. So a bright spark like you has a real
chance. The bad news is
1) The competition ends on 20 October 2004 - so time is
tight
2) The competition is only open to legal residents of the
USA
