Need barrier documents

Hello everyone. I know several of you were involved with getting
the Greenarbor barricade put in place around 1994. We have no
documentation about this, other than the fact that it's mentioned
in VENA minutes from the time. Who did you work with at the City,
and what kind of written documents did you create to describe
the agreement? Do you have copies?
Thank you. The traffic committee formed at the May meeting needs
this information. We'll have a special general meeting soon to
discuss Greenarbor and Hampton traffic and to discuss the fate of
Signal and to get feedback from everyone.
