Problems with SetFTime

Hi,
In one of my programs I copy a file and then set the timestamp with
SetFTime (Unit WINDOS) to the Datetime of the original file. Just today
I realized that the timestamp doesn't change.
I use VP 2.1 Build 274 on Windows 2000 professional.
Do any of you know if I do something wrong or if this is bug in VP?
