...so... I won't be in attendance for the tournament but will contribute to festivities afterwards....

Anyway, I would like to get a preliminary feel for the size of the turnout. Here are some rough details:
Where - somewhere in the Richmond, VA area
When - July 18 unless someone gives me a reason to change it
Cost - ~$60 / person includes green fee and BBQ afterward with food and beverages
Golf Course - TBD, Brett Osterhout is working on this
The AA will be cost subsidizing much of the event and would appreciate any donations either before or during the outing. The cost could change depending upon the golf course we choose, but we expect to be playing a nice course that would actually cost more than the $60 you see above - this is the goal. We will have prizes and will provide an update on the state of the AA and undergraduate chapters for those who are interested.
Please send emails to dick-@ti.com if you are interested in attending, so I can gauge the turnout. Also, please forward this email to anyone that may not be on the topica list.
