This seminar covers the second stage of the Disinfection Byproducts and Long
Term Enhanced Surface Water Treatment rule changes (DBP2/LT2), and is
designed for water system operators from systems that currently run
full-time disinfection systems (CWS and NTNC). Testing strategies will be
discussed, as will an approach to establishing an Initial Distribution
System Evaluation (IDSE).
