Dear Tim:

Be forthright and clear about your church's conditions for renting your
facilities to the group. They will respect your conditions.

** I agree with Dan

** Churches rent out high schools, colleges, theaters and other venues
where both parties know all the "terms and conditions."

** Just as there are defined parameters that cannot be compromised when
renting out the above-listed venues, wouldn't one think that churches would
apply the same successful format - if they want to be an integrated part of
the communities where their church reside. Surprisingly, many Asian
churches want to maintain an insular life for a variety of reasons.

** Good luck on your decision processs
