workshop on pre-teens

Hi everyone,
I am brainstorming a workshop for my church that would be for parents of
pre-teens, helping them understand and prepare for that stage in their
child's life. Does anyone know of a good speaker that would be
qualified to lead this? Chinese speaking preferred, but not absolutely
necessary. Also, if anyone has done anything like this, any other ideas
would be great. The event would be sort of outreach oriented as well,
as a way of connecting with the community. Thanks.
