Congratulations to the 2005 elite national team sprint
champion, Anna Lang (UCSD/Big City Velo)! Lang and
Martha Dunne (Jelly Belly) rode to victory over
triple-gold medal winner Jenny Reed (First Rate
Mortgage) and her teammate Annette Hanson, despite a
nasty mechanical-induced crash by Lang on their first
attempt.
In other events at 2005 elite track nationals, Lang
rode to a silver medal in the 500m TT, narrowly
missing the gold by 0.004 second, and a 5th place in
the Keirin!
Again, congratulations Anna!
