UCSD Track Race CANCELLED

I regret to announce that we have to cancel our track race originally
planned for September 3rd and 4th. The race dates conflict with the Far
West event at Encino. That race would have run most of our USCF racers away
we could not have broken even on the event nor could we have had good field
sizes for the races. It would have also been harder to get officials for
our event. As a backup I tried to get collegiate riders included in the Far
West schedule, but the promoter was concerned with field sizes and decided
not to do it.
I'm dissapointed because I'd really like to see the sport grow at the
collegiate level and I was looking forward to having more races this season.
Thank you all that had planned to come. See you at regionals at Hellyer.
