Depends on the usage (verb or adjective):
"He waved his hand around the clock."
"The company's around-the-clock Customer Service department started its
new hours on Monday."

Subject: [Web Editors List] Round-the-clock?
We are having a bit of a debate in my office about this phrase. Is
"round-the-clock" correct or should it be "around-the-clock" or even
"'round-the-clock"?
I'd appreciate hearing from others about what they feel is the
appropriate form of this phrase.
Thanks!
