Welcome to our select group!
For style guides, please go to
http://www.sciencesitescom.com/toolkit.html--I have a big selection of them
in the Web Editors Toolkit section on my site.
You'll find there's no Strunk&White for the web-i.e. no style guide's become
"the Book" yet. It varies per publication. Associated Press, for instance,
is adding web components to their standard guide, and folks who follow AP
may decide to use their guidelines.
That said, the best style guide is, (regretfully, as it's a ton of work!)
the one you and your organization create for yourselves. No two sites will
have the same style issues. So, you might consider using one of the ones
I've got on my list to start with, and perhaps using it to build one
yourself.
