The Bank?s Corporate Communications Division is recruiting an editor with
excellent writing skills, a good knowledge of the Bank, a solid grasp of
development issues, an ability to work with a diverse set of clients, and
an enormous amount of creative energy. The successful candidate will
assist in managing the Bank?s public Web site to ensure that it shares the
Bank?s knowledge and experience with a large and diverse audience that
includes the business community, academia, media, civil society
organizations and students. Requirements include a master's degree plus
five-to-ten years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent, in
Journalism, Communications, Business Economics or related fields. This is
a one-year consultancy position with potential for renewal and/or staff
