Commuting on a Crank Forward?  Eric Rosenberg
 Jul 25, 2009 19:24 PDT
I've been commuting to work here in Washington, DC (Chevy Chase Circle to 14th Street downtown) on a Rocket
and most recently a V-REX. It's 6.5 miles (mostly) downhill going in, same distance mostly uphill going home.

I had total (left) knee replacement in October, 2008 and still can't get on the V-REX. I simply don't have the range
of motion as my knee comes up in the stroke.

Back issues took me to 'bents, so a diamond frame is out of the question.

I've been thinking about a Crank Forward.

2 Questions:
- Are any of you riding a CF as a commuter bike? How is it?
- The low-end RANS seem to be very similar. What's the recommended one?

Thanks,

Eric Rosenberg
