MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Georgia Roast Quail
Categories: Wildgame, Quail
      Yield: 6 Servings

      6 sm Quail
      6 sl Bacon
      1 tb Butter

Place over each breast a slice of bacon. Add butter and bake for 5
minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 25 minutes longer.
Baste with drippings. Serve with brown gravy.
