MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Fried Brains
Categories: Wildgame, Brains
      Yield: 4 Servings

      1 lb Brains
      2 tb Flour
        x Salt and pepper
      2 tb Fat

Place brains in cold water for 30 minutes, then remove membranes.
Simmer for 15 minutes in vinegar water (one teaspoon vinegar and one
teaspoon salt to each quart of water). Drain and drop into cold
water. Remove from cold water and roll in flour, season and brown in
fat.
