MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: North Carolina Sauteed Quail

      Yield: 2 Servings

      4 ea Quail, halved
    1/2 c Butter
    1/2 c Dry white wine
    1/4 ts Paprika
    1/4 c Chopped parsley
        x Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in a Dutch oven. Add quail, browning on all sides. Add
wine and seasonings. Reduce heat and cover. Gently cook for 8 to 12
minutes until tender.
