Ingredients:
1/4 ts Thyme
2 ea Eggs, beaten
2 tb Melted fat
1/4 c Sweet cider
2 lb Ground venison
1/4 lb Ground pork or mild sausage
1 md Vidalia onion, chopped
1/8 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Marjoram


Instructions:
Blend venison, pork and chopped onion together. Add seasonings and beaten egg. Blend well. Form into small patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Brown burgers on both sides in fat. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn burgers. Add cider, cover, and simmer 10 minutes. Source: http://www.SailorRandR.com/recipes/
