6 or 7 chops. Cut into bits, salt and pepper liberally. Dip into bowl in
which 3 or 4 eggs are beaten. Then dip in cracker crumbs. Brown in hot
fat (3 tablespoons). Pour over 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.) and put into
casserole. Top with Mozzarella cheese sliced thin. Put in oven till
cheese melts. Serves 4 or 5.
