Ingredients:
2 ea Wild ducks
x Bacon strips
5 ea Apples
1 c Raisins
1 ts Poultry seasoning
x Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Season ducks inside and out with salt and pepper. Quarter unpeeled apples
and put some apples and raisins in each duck. Place ducks in roasting pan,
and put remaining fruit around them. Add poultry seasoning and put bcon
strips on each duck. Pour about 1 1/2 cups water into the pan. Bake at 350
