      Title: Mountain Style Fried Quail

      Yield: 1 Servings

Roll young quail in seasoned flour. Fry in one-half inch of hot
butter until tender, turning once. Make gravy by adding flour to
butter (1 tablespoon flour for every 2 tablespoons butter) and thin
cream (1 cup cream to every tablespoon of flour).
