VENISON JERKY

1 c water
1/2 c liquid smoke
1 t hickory salt
1 t white pepper
1 t black pepper
1 t onion salt
1 t salt
1 t garlic salt
1 t accent
2 t brown sugar
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce

Cut meat into 1/2" by 5" wide strips. Mix marinade
ingredients in saucepan. Heat until boiling stirring
often. Let sauce cool. Put meat in container and
add marinade making sure all of meat is covered. Store
for 3 days in fridge. Remove meat from sauce and let
air dry. Place toothpicks through end of meat and hang
over racks in oven or smoker (if doing this in the oven
place foil underneath meat to catch any drippings). Let
bake at 150 for 3-4 hours.
