It's been like that for a long while now. The closest to that version I can get, since I can't remember the URL for the version Alice had off angelfire is http://web.archive.org/web/20031024211537/www.angelfire.com/ks2/wishhorse/
That's just using a web archive site to look at the last archived version of WH.
