It looks to me like a CHM component see:
http://filext.com/file-extension/hhp
You may have changed a setting to remove these temporary files (not sure
XDK has one).

Hi
I was reviewing some old documentation output files and noticed that for
these old projects I had a .hhp output file. However, I don't seem to
have this file in the output directory of my more recent help projects.
Does anyone know which output option produced this file and why I no
longer seem to one? Or could it be that this file was generated when I
used to produce the output as winhelp!
