I emailed VM a month ago myself, and have had no response. It is the
second time this year I have emailed them and not gotten a response. I
have tried the various email addresses (including he-@vmtech.com), but
with no luck. I am wondering if they have a different email address.
Does anyone knows of a better way to contact them? I am in the USA, so
it makes it rather difficult to call. Email is my best solution.
BTW, sorry Timonthy, I have not had your particular problem. I have had
other problems related to IE7, but thankfully, they have been corrected.
My current problem is that I need a fix to the script error we receive
when trying to print multiple topics.

Hi,
I've been emailing help @ virtual media for over a month trying to get
some help with an IE 7 issue where IE 7 will crash every time you use
the search function in a project compiled with the DHTML TOC. I have
not gotten a single response in over a month to any of my emails. I've
never had this problem before. Has anyone else heard from them recently
and or had the same problem in IE 7?
